Planned long bike ride by the Pomme and the Fat Safer.
The next Adventure we are planning is a bike ride from Addo National Elephant Park to the Cradock Mountain Zebra National Park. We want to do this in September or October 2009
This is a distance of about 250km. We are planning to tackle it in stages of about 70km per day. Camping where we can find a place to pitch our tents, hopefully near a drinking trough, otherwise the smell when we get to Cradock will be unbearable!

The Route will take us over the Zuurberg Mountains on the R335 to Anne's Villa. Our first night will be around this area. Hopefully we can find a good place to camp here. From there we will take the R400 for a short distance past Bracefield and onto the R335 again to Somerset East. Here we want to stock up on water and food before heading up the mountains again towards the interior and hopefully flat riding.
Check back again for more updates on our plans. If anybody wants to join us please contact us link.
